Burgomaster's Mansion

Home of the Kolyana family, south end of the main road in the village of Barovia. Formerly well-furnished; now showing significant wear. The exterior: rusted iron fence, one gate torn off its hinges, claw marks scoring the walls, great burn marks, all windows boarded with planks marked with symbols against evil. Wolf and human footprints both visible in the trampled weeds surrounding the building.

Kolyan Indirovich died here three days before the party arrived. His coffin was found in the drawing room, surrounded by wilting flowers. The attacks on the mansion stopped after he died.

Ireena Kolyana and Ismark Kolyana had been holding it together here before the party arrived. Holy symbols in every room.
