Durst Family Will

A signed will found in the chest in the hidden study of Death House. Signed by Gustav and Elizabeth Durst. Bequeaths the house, the windmill east of Vallaki, and all other family property to Rosavalda and Thornbolt Durst in the event of their parents' deaths.

The party also holds both deeds. Rose and Thorn are the legal heirs.
