An emaciated halfling cleric found in a side crypt of Death House's sub-basement, slumped against the wall and indistinguishable from a corpse until she tried to grab a weapon and gave up. She had run out of food and water; her cleric abilities remained functional. She was not happy about this.

Known Information

Danki came to Death House after two children — almost certainly Rose and Thorn — approached her and said their parents were trapped in the basement with a monster. She entered the house, killed some ghouls, descended to the dungeon, found she could not leave, and began slowly starving in the dark while the cult chanting continued unabated. She had companions when she arrived. She did not have them by the time the party found her.

Her deceased friend "Diddy" had thieves' tools, which ended up in a locked chest in the well room. She claimed them.

She helped the party through the sub-basement: cast Bless on three party members during the Lorgoth fight, kept her Spiritual Weapon active, and contributed Guiding Bolt. Her AC was 18 and she was a stout halfling.

When the party escaped through a hole in the exterior wall, Danki attempted to follow. Her hand began to wither the moment it passed through the gap. The house had claimed her. She stayed.

She told the party she would keep the children company. She told them to come back someday.
