Known Information

A teenager at the Vistani camp southwest of Vallaki. Was responsible for watching Arabelle, Luvash's seven-year-old daughter, and failed to do so adequately. She is now missing. Luvash expressed his disappointment with a horse whip. By the time "Viggo" (Merich in disguise) was well into his diplomatic engagement, Alexei had been unbound from the tent pole and was asleep on the ground.

Arigal described him as having probably been chasing skirts around the camp when he should have been watching the child. This has not been confirmed or denied.
