Jan (Severed Head)

Status: Dead — embalmed; currently in a chest at The Stone Tower (Lake Baratok)

A Vistani man. Traveled with Van Richten at some point. Attempted to steal both Van Richten's wagon and his pet monkey. Van Richten dueled him. Van Richten won. Jan was then determined to still be of use after his expiration, a post-mortem assessment he may not have anticipated.

His severed head was found embalmed with magic oils in the wooden chest on the fourth floor of the tower. It has a waxy complexion. Merich picked it up and threw it across the room. It bounced squishily. Esmeralda confirmed his identity when asked about it.
